TRAINING PDR TECHNOLOGY AT WHS IS A STEP TOWARDS A PROFITABLE BUSINESS

Annually, the company organizes a training course for attracting new specialists who are ready to learn this technology. The training takes place on the territory of the main office under the supervision of the head of technical department. WHS is a successfully developing company in the automotive market.
Each technician follows a 3 months of training, and after the examination tests, both theoretical and practical, a certificate of successful completion of the training course is issued. The company attracts up to 10 specialists who have successfully completed their studies and are willing to develop in this industry..

Features of training in WHS:

  • Training takes place on the client’s premises, which allows not to separate the technicians for a long period from work, therefore to conduct training on request and needs of the clients.
  • The presence of foreign specialists from Italy and France working in our company. They are all masters of high  qualification, who have many years as experience and attend training courses 2 times a year.

  • Scheme of lifting and precipitation of simple dents
  • Scheme for aligning long narrow dents
  • Application of various nozzles for repair
  • Principles of work with dents in hard-to-reach areas
  • Technique of work with aluminum elements
  • Principles and schemes for removing dents on doors and wings
  • Principles of work with dents on the edges of elements
  • Basics of using glue

  • Exercise # 1: “Identifying the location of the dent”
  • Exercise # 2: “Saddling dents
  • Exercise # 3: “Elimination of hail dents”
  • Exercise # 4: “Eliminating glare”
  • Exercise number 5: “Polishing of the body car”
  • Exercise # 6: “Eliminating sharp dents”
  • Exercise # 7: “Eliminating long narrow dents”
  • Exercise # 8: “Removing dents on an edge”
  • Exercise # 9: “Eliminating dents in hard-to-reach areas at the edges of body car elements”
