Our operations team is composed of both internal technicians and technicians related to WHS. This allows us a capacity to intervene even on large volumes of vehicles in a short time. We are also connected to a vast network of independent external experts.
Our technicians have decades of experience in the industry and all operate as quality control managers on the various sites where they’re working and managing external technicians (both those related to the company and external independents).
Our quality managers have experience ranging across:
- Autonomous management of sites, with all the necessary pertaining to the disassembly and reassembly of the interior of vehicles.
- Coordination of logistics and organisation for the client, including the ability to offer time management for each project, to provide a full service.
Employs technicians who have passed intensive courses and exams as well as extensive theoretical and practical work experience, which can last for several months and supply extensive knowledge of the standards and insurance regulations to obtain the highest quality of repairs.
Uses only the best tools available on the market.
Carries out refresher courses, every year, for its technicians in order to continue to give our customers the quality they are accustomed to.
Does not allow, as company policy, any drilling holes for the repair of damaged parts.
